Theft-Resistant Toilet tissue spindle shall be constructed of black high-impact polystyrene. Spindle shall be adjustable to fit toilet tissue dispensers with inside dimensions of 4-1/2 in. to 5-1/8 in. (115 to 130mm) wide. Spindle shall have a concealed locking mechanism opened with BobKey and shall not be removable with toilet tissue roll in place. Spindle fits all standard-core toilet tissue rolls. To remove spindle, remove cardboard core of toilet tissue first. Then, insert BobKey furnished by Bobrick into slot in face of spindle and slide retractable plunger back, releasing spindle. Insert spindle through toilet paper roll. Depress either end of spindle with fingers. Reinstall in dispenser.
Note: Spindle cannot be removed with toilet tissue roll in place.
