Folding shower seat shall have a frame constructed of type-304, satin-finish stainless steel that consists of 16-gauge (1.6mm), 1-1/4 in. (32mm) square tubing and 18-gauge (1.2mm), 1 in. (25mm) diameter seamless tubing. Seat cushion shall be 2 in. (51mm) thick consisting of 1-1/2 in. (38mm) closed cell polyurethane foam padding mounted on 1/2 in. (13mm) thick plywood and covered in white naugahyde (water-resistant reinforced vinyl fabric). Shower seat shall be equipped with two 3 in. (76mm) diameter mounting flanges constructed of type-304, 3/16 in. (5mm) thick, satin-finish stainless steel; a guide bracket constructed of type-304, 16-gauge (1.6mm), satin-finish stainless steel; and a spring constructed of type-301, 24-gauge (0.6mm) stainless steel that is spot-welded to a baseplate of type-304, heavy-gauge stainless steel. Shower seat shall be able to lock in upright position when not in use. Shower seat shall comply with barrier-free accessibility guidelines (including ADAAG in the U.S.A.) for structural strength. Shower seat can be folded up against the wall when not in use.

Prior authorization required for all returns. No items will be accepted for return without an approved RMA.
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Dryer orders that included shipping will be assessed $12 per dryer in addition to the 15% restocking fee.
If a shipment is received damaged, incomplete or inaccurate at the time of delivery, please report to Newton Distributing within 48 hours of receipt.
For items shipped direct, Manufacturer Restocking Fees may vary between 15%-30%. Credit for non-stock items will be issued once Newton Distributing has received credit from the manufacturer.
All returns are subject to inspection before refunds are issued.
Newton Distributing has the right to reject any returns without a valid RMA or after the 30-day return period.

Contact Customer Service at 877-837-7745 to obtain an RMA Request Form
Once RMA is received, pack the authorized item(s) per shipping instructions listed on the RMA Form. Be sure to place the RMA Form in the box with the item(s) being returned.
Ship the authorized item(s) within 15 days of the date that the RMA was issued. We encourage you to insure your shipment to cover loss or damages incurred in transit.
Allow 3 weeks for shipping and processing of return.
